Description

When your tractor’s brakes start feeling spongy or you’re pumping the pedal just to get stopped, nine times out of ten it’s the master cylinder that’s gone bad. This critical component is what turns your foot pressure into hydraulic force, and when the seals start leaking or the bore gets scored, you’ll know it right away. A failing master cylinder doesn’t just make stopping harder—it makes your tractor downright dangerous to operate.

What You’re Getting

  • Direct replacement design that bolts right in without modifications or adapters
  • Heavy-duty seals built to handle the constant pressure cycling of farm work
  • Precision-machined bore that maintains proper pressure and smooth pedal feel
  • Compatible with LHM mineral oil brake fluid used in these European tractors
  • OEM-quality construction that matches original specifications exactly

Built for Real Farm Work

This master cylinder fits a wide range of European utility and row-crop tractors including Same Explorer, Tiger, and Argon series, Deutz Agrolux and Agromaxx machines, plus Lamborghini Crono and Rekord models. Whether you’re running a compact Tiger 50 for chore work or a larger Agrolux 70 in the hayfield, this cylinder handles the demanding brake loads these tractors see every day.

Made to Last

European tractor brake systems are built to different standards than domestic machines, using mineral oil instead of DOT fluid and requiring components that can handle higher pressures. This master cylinder uses the same heavy-duty materials and seal compounds as the original, so it’ll give you years of reliable stopping power even under the toughest conditions.

Good to Know

Before installation, make sure you’ve got the right LHM brake fluid on hand—regular DOT 3 or 4 will destroy the seals in this system. Bleed the system thoroughly after installation, starting at the wheel farthest from the master cylinder and working your way closer. A good tip is to bench-bleed the new cylinder before mounting it to get most of the air out ahead of time.
