Description
When you need to connect your tractor to heavy-duty implements but the existing driveline just isn’t up to the task anymore, this 12 series complete driveline delivers the strength and reliability you need. The 12 series is built for more demanding applications than lighter duty drivelines, giving you smooth power transfer even when things get tough. Weasler doesn’t cut corners on PTO components because they know what happens when driveline parts fail.
What You’re Getting
- 48-inch compressed length gives you the right reach for most tractor-to-implement connections
- 12 series heavy-duty construction handles higher horsepower applications without the vibration of lighter shafts
- 1-3/8 inch 6-spline tractor yoke connects securely to your PTO output
- Complete driveline assembly ready to install – just add your implement yoke and U-joint kit
- Weasler quality construction built to last through years of demanding farm work
Built for Real Farm Work
This series handles common 40-100 HP driveline applications, making it perfect for mid-size to larger tractors running everything from heavy-duty rotary cutters and post hole diggers to manure spreaders and hay equipment. The heavy-duty profile is commonly used in mid-range horsepower applications where you need strength without excessive weight. Whether you’re clearing fence rows with a brush hog or working ground with a heavy tiller, this driveline transfers power reliably when the going gets rough.
Made to Last
Weasler builds this tubing to handle the constant torque loads and vibration that come with farm work. The steel construction resists fatigue cracking and maintains its shape under load. These components are built to handle repeated engagement cycles, temperature swings, and the constant stress of transferring power through changing angles. The materials resist wear and fatigue so your driveline keeps working season after season.
Good to Know
This driveline comes ready to install with the tractor yoke, but you’ll need to add your implement yoke and cross & bearing kit separately based on your specific equipment. Never reuse snap rings when rebuilding U-joints – they lose tension and pop out when you least expect it. If one U-joint is bad, rebuild them all since they wear at similar rates. Keep grease fittings accessible for regular maintenance, and always check that safety shields are in place before operation.
