Installation Notes

This is a direct replacement for C&G cab rear windows. Always check the Newton rating of your existing gas strut before ordering a replacement – using a strut with a lower or higher Newton rating can result in damage or glass breakage. Installation involves supporting the window, removing the old strut from its ball joint mounts, and snapping the new one in place. The ball joints should click securely into position.
