Description
When your Agrotron’s temperature needle starts creeping up during heavy work or you spot coolant puddles in the shed, it’s time to face the fact that your radiator has called it quits. These engines work hard and run hot, and a failing radiator can turn a productive day into costly downtime. This replacement radiator brings your cooling system back to full capacity, keeping your Deutz running at proper temperatures so you can focus on the work instead of watching gauges.
What You’re Getting
- Direct replacement for Agrotron 105, 106, 110, 115, 120, 135, 150 and 6 series models
- High-efficiency aluminum core that maximizes heat transfer while resisting debris buildup
- Reinforced mounting brackets designed to handle the vibration these tractors dish out
- Proper inlet and outlet positioning – no modifications or adapters needed
- Heavy-duty construction that stands up to the temperature swings of field work
Built for Real Farm Work
The Agrotron series ranges from 105 to 150 horsepower, tackling everything from heavy cultivation to PTO work that demands sustained power. Whether your 120 is pulling a big disc all day or your 150 is running a baler in thick windrows, these engines generate serious heat under load. When you’re counting on your tractor to get through hay season or finish fall tillage before weather shuts you down, proper cooling isn’t optional.
Made to Last
This radiator uses the same high-density fin design as the original, maximizing cooling capacity while staying clear of chaff and crop debris. The aluminum core handles thermal cycling without developing leaks, while reinforced header tanks resist the cracking that kills lesser radiators. Every component is built to withstand the punishment that comes with real farm use.
Installation Notes
Plan on a half-day job, especially if you’re working around a cab where access gets tight. Before installing the new radiator, flush your cooling system completely – old scale and debris will contaminate fresh coolant and shorten your new radiator’s life. While you’re at it, replace the thermostat and pressure cap – these inexpensive parts often fail around the same time as radiators and can cause overheating issues even with a brand new radiator.
