This kit covers the workhorse Ford tractors from the early 1980s – the 7600 and 7700 models from late 1980 to 1981, plus the 7610 and 7710 tractors that ran from 1981 through mid-1987. These are the machines that handled heavy tillage, big balers, and long days in the field when farming was getting more intensive and demanding.

Good to Know
This is a basic overhaul kit, which means you’ll need to order main and rod bearings separately if yours need replacing. The .040 oversize pistons are already included, so you’ll want to have your cylinders bored .040 over standard before assembly. Plan on a complete tear-down for this job – it’s not a weekend project, but the results are worth it.
