Description
When you’re running implements that need smooth, vibration-free power at high angles or speeds, standard U-joint drivelines just can’t cut it. That jerky power transmission you feel through the seat, especially when turning or working on uneven ground, is your equipment crying out for constant velocity joints. This CV driveline delivers consistent power transfer at any operating angle, eliminating the harsh vibrations that wear out bearings, stress frames, and make long days in the field uncomfortable.
What You’re Getting
- Constant velocity joints that maintain smooth power transfer through extreme angles
- 58-inch compressed length gives you the reach for larger implements and wide tractors
- Category 6 rating handles the heavy torque loads of big equipment without breaking a sweat
- 55 series splined shafting with 1-11/16 inch 20-spline sizing fits common high-horsepower applications
- Auto-Lok tractor yoke with 1-3/4 inch 20-spline connection for quick, secure hookup
Built for High-Performance Farm Work
This 55 series design is built for the bigger tractors and heavier implements that demand more than basic driveline components can deliver. Whether you’re running a wide finishing mower behind a high-horsepower tractor, operating a heavy-duty tiller that works through changing terrain, or powering equipment that operates at steep angles, this CV driveline keeps the power flowing smoothly. The constant velocity design is especially valuable for implements that work close to the tractor where driveline angles get extreme.
Made to Last
Weasler doesn’t cut corners on PTO components because they know what happens when driveline parts fail. These components are built to handle repeated engagement cycles, temperature swings, and the constant stress of transferring power through changing angles. The materials resist wear and fatigue so your driveline keeps performing season after season.
Installation Notes
This is a complete driveline assembly that connects directly to your tractor’s PTO and implement input shaft. The compressed length measurement is what matters for proper fit—make sure you have enough clearance for the driveline to extend and compress as your implement moves. After installation, grease thoroughly and check for smooth operation through full range of motion. The CV joints require regular greasing to maintain their smooth operation and protect against the elements.
