Installation Notes
This is a direct spin-on replacement that threads onto the engine’s filter mount. Apply a thin film of clean oil to the gasket before installation, then hand-tighten until the gasket contacts the mounting surface plus an additional 3/4 turn. Don’t over-tighten—the gasket will do the sealing work for you.
